Rangatahi Advisory Panel 2025

We’re excited to share that our Rangatahi Advisory Panel (RAP) term has been extended from 12 months to 18 months! This  allows us to further strengthen the relationships between our inspiring RAP members and provide them with the opportunity to  continue the great mahi they’ve been doing.

As we move into the new RAP term we say ‘haere rā’ to Tim Hodgson, our Fonterra RAP member, who is moving overseas. Tim, we hugely appreciate the insights and contributions you’ve brought to the RAP and the Circle. You will be missed! But as we always say, once a rapper, always a rapper. We’re sure you will continue doing great things overseas until you return home.

We’re also thrilled to welcome two new members to the RAP: Kimberly Edge from Fonterra and Lauren Aspoas from the Ministry for the Environment. Please join us in welcoming them.

Kimberly Edge, Sustainable Dairying Advisor, Fonterra

Originally from Otago, but now based in Otautau, northwest of Invercargill , Kimberly’s passion for supporting rural communities began in retail, fostering her interest in sustainable agriculture. With experience in farm planning and emissions, Kimberly  is dedicated to building strong connections between farmers, organisations, communities, and customers to pursue collective sustainability outcomes.

Lauren Aspoas, Policy Analyst, Ministry for the Environment

Although born in the UK, Lauren has grown up among Aotearoa’s native flora and fauna. Her love and respect for te taiao drive her passion for environmental protection. Thanks to her legal background and sustainable finance experience, Lauren is championing  systemic change that sustains both the people and the planet.

We’re looking forward to the contributions Kimberly and Lauren will bring our  RAP and the wider Circle.Find out more about our RAP  here.
